With a Nuclear Arm Pact passed in the United States and Russia, 46 countries are attending the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington. The main objective of the meeting is to secure all the nuclear weapons with a volunteering act. President Obama described the conference as a beginning of a new generation and it is showing some progress.
For example, on Monday Ukraine made an announcement of eliminating its stockpiles of highly enriched uranium by 2012. According to news, now China is working with U.N. Security Council resolution sanction against Iran.
Next conference will be held in Seoul, 2012.
